**Canadian guests must present valid proof of residency (license, health insurance card, etc.) and may pay for at par products by cash or check.
All credit card transactions are processed in US funds.

Day ticket rates are at par (except the Student rate). Canadian Residents must present valid proof of residency (Medicare card, license, etc.) and pay for at par products in cash (all credit card transactions are charged in US funds).

Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday: 9:00a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Weekends and Holidays: noona.m. to 4:00 p.m.
All sales are final - no refunds due to weather or change in lift operating status.

ay Peak is making it tougher for non Canadians to buy ski tickets with Canadian dollars (now worth about 62 cents). Jay has always accepted Canadian at par. It will continue to do so, but you will be required to show proof of Canadian residency before you can buy a ticket. VT residents, who also get a discount, are also required to prove residency for the Vermonter ticket.

Coming to Jay Peak from Quebec or Ontario, Canada? Jay Peak and No Bull Ski Vermont has the following advise for border crossers:

The closest border crossings are North Troy , Richford and Berkshire. These are quiet crossings except during ski season.
You must have a valid photo ID and if you are not a Canadian citizen, a valid passport. This means that if you are a Canadian immigrant, you must have a passport!
You will be asked where you were born and your citizenship. If coming from Quebec, do not say Quebec. You will be turned back. The US does not recognize Quebec as a separate entity even if you are separatist, or an advocate of sovereignty association.
US and Canada law enforcement agencies are linked by computer. If you have any kind of criminal record, even a minior offense such as shop lifting or a DWI conviction, you will not be allowed to enter. If you enter without revealing this information, you are likely to be arrested or held at the border.
There are many new US Customs and Immigration officers on the border now. They do not know the locals and therefore are likely to follow procedure very closely even if you are a frequent crosser, because they won't know you. Have the proper documentation ready, look the officer directly in the eye and answer questions in a forthright manner.
Although Jay Peak allows Canadian residents to pay for their tickets at par with Canadian dollars this does not apply to anything else you might buy at Jay, particularly food and snacks in the cafeteria. Prices are high, so bring your own lunch or snack!
